To raise awareness of diversity issues in the workplace and to ensure participants understand the importance of compliance with current legislation.

Learning Outcomes

For each participant to :

  • recognise the advantages of diversity for individuals and for organisations
  • examine his/her own attitudes and stereotypes in relation to diversity
  • examine the leadership implications in embracing diversity
  • understand diversity legislation

  • Preparation of an Action Plan for continued integration
